Winery Review: Rosado Tempranillo from Vinã Morena is a darker rosé wine from southern Spain. It is a medium light and semi-dry rosé with a fresh and half sweet taste. It is easy to drink and has notes of strawberry and fresh red fruit. Enjoy it at 6-8 ° C with fish, poultry or salads. Serve it as a welcome drink for small aperitifs on a hot summer day in the company of good friends.

Wine Foley Page 816: This is one of Spain’s best wine. This type of wine ages in oak barrels for 20 or more years, which is why it is more expensive. It is a bold wine, and pairs well with steak, a rack of lamb, and burgers. There are hints of cedar, tobacco, dill, and cherry.

My review: I really liked this wine. It had a distinct flavor, maybe because I tried it while on vacation. This was my first time having a wine of this specific grape. Luckily we tried this wine at a steakhouse, and I must say it paired perfectly. It was a good mix of dry and sweet. I would definitely recommend this wine to a friend.

Product of wide displacement and recognized quality in hundreds of consumption centers of the hotel sector of Cancun, Riviera Maya and Mexican Pacific. Wine Folly Page 311: These wines are concentrated and aged for long periods. It originated in Bordeaux, France. It has high tannin and rich flavor, making it a perfect pairing with grilled meats and dishes with lots of flavor. France, Chile, and the US are the primary producers. My Review: I was not a huge fan of this wine. This wine was very acidic, which is a quality I do not like. Once I tried this wine with food, it became more tolerable. I ate at the steakhouse at the resort which came with steak, shrimp, and veggies. It paired well with the steak and shrimp, but not so much the veggies. I got what I expected! Ov

Enjoy with pizza. Pastas and BBQ. Wine Foley Page 287: This is a blend made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The high tannis and body make this blend ideal to pair with steak and other meaty dishes. There are hints of chocolate, graphite, black cherry, black currant, and dried herbs.  My Review: This wine was unique because it was a blend of some of California’s best wines. It had a very pungent smell to it, and a very pungent taste in my mouth. It did not go down easily at all because it was very acidic. This is definitely a wine I personally would not recommend to another person who has similar taste as me. I tried it with some chicken and it did not really help.
