Winery Review: Marbella is a sparkling wine, it provides a perfect combination of flavors with fine bubbles. They are made with high quality wines and bottled meeting the highest standards of its category. Product widely used in hundreds of consumption centers in the hotel and restaurant sector.

Wine Folly Page 897: This is a common grape in Spanish Rioja Blanco and Cava sparkling wines. Aging this specific grape gives a nutty flavor. Young Viura pairs well with spicy southeast asian dishes. When aged, it is paired well with roasted meats and herbs. There are hints of honeydew, lime, lemon, hazelnut, and tarragon flavors. This variety is predominantly grown in Spain, followed by France.

My Review: I drank this wine while on Vacation to Cancun, Mexico. The waiter brought us a rose that the whole table really enjoyed. This was a 4 course meal, and it paired well with some and not others. It was a refreshing drink, that went down the throat easily. It paired well with the pumpkin soup as well as the steak, while not so good with the bread and desert. I would absolutely try this wine again!

Product of wide displacement and recognized quality in hundreds of consumption centers of the hotel sector of Cancun, Riviera Maya and Mexican Pacific. Wine Folly Page 311: These wines are concentrated and aged for long periods. It originated in Bordeaux, France. It has high tannin and rich flavor, making it a perfect pairing with grilled meats and dishes with lots of flavor. France, Chile, and the US are the primary producers. My Review: I was not a huge fan of this wine. This wine was very acidic, which is a quality I do not like. Once I tried this wine with food, it became more tolerable. I ate at the steakhouse at the resort which came with steak, shrimp, and veggies. It paired well with the steak and shrimp, but not so much the veggies. I got what I expected...

  Name: The Dreaming Tree Crush Red Blend Variety: Varietal Red Blend Country and Region: Central Coast, California Year: 2020 Winery Review: A blend of the North Coast's finest varieties, this wine has some great caramel oak and mixed berry characters on the nose, juicy raspberry flavors, and approachable tannins. Wine Foley Page 287: This is primarily a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This is an excellent blend to pair with steaks and other meaty dishes. It is important to keep the seasonings simple- salt and pepper. There is high tannin and body in this blend. There are hints of chocolate, graphite, and black cherry. My review: This wine was one of the more tannic wines that I have tasted. It gave me a burning sensation so I was not a huge fan. I did not pair it with a meal because I could not stand the taste. I would not recommend this wine to a friend.
